1.⁠ ⁠No Refunds Policy:
Proto Infans Internet Rights Foundation (“the Organization”) adheres to a strict no-refund policy for all payments made towards its services, programs, workshops, research initiatives, consultations, or any other offerings.

2.⁠ ⁠Irrevocability of Payments:
Once a payment has been successfully processed, whether as a donation, service fee, or any other financial contribution, it shall be deemed final, non-reversible, and non-refundable under any circumstances.

3.⁠ ⁠Waiver of Chargebacks:
By making a payment, the payor expressly waives any right to dispute, chargeback, or seek reimbursement for the transaction through financial institutions, credit card issuers, or third-party payment gateways.

4.⁠ ⁠Exceptional Circumstances:
The Organization reserves the sole and absolute discretion to review and assess exceptional refund requests on a case-by-case basis. However, such a decision shall remain non-precedential and non-binding on future transactions.

5.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms:
By proceeding with any payment, the payor acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth in this Refund Policy and waives any claim against the Organization in respect thereof.
